Altever Power is an App designed for the engineers and salespeople of Altever Power. When the salespeople of Altever Power go to sell the solar product of third parties to various customers, all the data is recorded and saved through the Altever Power App.
When a salesperson goes to a customer for selling the solar systems, he/she logins to the App and fills all the details of the customer into the App. The details like name, number, mail ID and address of the customer are filled. Then, the appointment is booked on the dates decided by the customer. If there are any specifications like urgent service needed, etc. can be filled in the notes section. If there are any documents, even those can be uploaded here. Any pictures can be uploaded.
All this data is sent to the admin panel and is approved by checking the details of the form. Then an engineer is appointed and a mail is sent to the client as well regarding the appointment. On the scheduled date, the engineer visits the customer on their address and completes the work. Then the engineer comments as task completed in the App.
The appointment can be changed and managed by the admin panel for the coming appointment in the coming days. The admin can manage the salespeople, the engineers, the appointments and the bookings.
